The project consists in renovating a summer residence for our client located right next Lago Maggiore. The two storey building is divided into a part which was built in the 1950s and another dating back to the 1980s. Its main concept arises from the vernacular context which challenged us to reinforce the existing diversity (roofs, facades, heights etc.) by paying particular attention to specific detail.
